Aston Martin Car Aston Martin has begun recalling 17,590 cars built since late 2007 due to a Chinese parts supplier that was allegedly using counterfeit plastic for the throttle pedal arms. This may cause the accelerator pedal arm to break and the engine would return to idle. No accidents or injuries have happened due to this issue and it will take under an hour to replace the pedal arm.
